Samantha received her master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Eastern Washington University. She received her bachelor’s through the University of Phoenix for Business Management. Samantha has also been a licensed and practicing massage therapist since 2010. Her background feeds her passion for holistic therapies and integrating mind, body, and soul work with all clients she works with.
Samantha’s areas of expertise lie in trauma therapy and adults diagnosed within the neurodivergent spectrum. Whether navigating life transitions, healing trauma, or seeking deeper meaning and fulfillment with life, Samantha leads with a deeply rooted belief in the interconnectedness of the mind, body and spirit. She seeks to guide clients on their journey of self-discovery and cultivating a sense of purpose. Her goal is to help clients align to their true selves, cultivate self-compassion, and embark on a journey towards wholeness and wellbeing.
As a trauma therapist specializing in Lifespan Integration, Samantha is dedicated to guiding individuals through healing journeys that encompass their entire lifespan. With a deep understanding of how early experiences shape current behaviors and beliefs, she utilizes Lifespan Integration therapy to help clients integrate fragmented memories and resolve past traumas.
As a therapist specializing in neurodivergence and executive functioning, Samantha is passionate about supporting individuals in harnessing their unique strengths and navigating challenges effectively. With a focus on understanding diverse neurological profiles, she provides personalized strategies and interventions to enhance executive functioning skills such as organization, time management, and decision making. Her goal is to create a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel validates and empowered to thrive, celebrating neurodiversity as a source of unique abilities and perspectives.
In her free time, Samantha enjoys being out in nature, reading, sewing and spendingtime with her family.
